Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and package customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.
- Shift Coverage: Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) to support the logistics chain and assist the day shift team.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
