Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end weekend fulfillment operations with zero error tolerance
- Lead 5-7 person weekend teams in inventory management and order processing
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Implement real-time process improvements using data analytics
- Ensure 100% compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage weekend logistics across 3 distribution centers
- Generate performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/operations management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid forklift certification
