Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials within the facility.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to facilitate a smooth operational handover.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper equipment and techniques.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety (OSHA standards).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
