Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations across Philadelphia and Florida locations
- Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure optimal weekend coverage
- Oversee inventory management and logistics during peak weekend hours
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Prepare comprehensive weekend activity reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-time operations or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to travel between Philadelphia and Florida locations
- Proficient in inventory management software
