Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families on health management procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as required
Qualifications
- Valid RN license or relevant healthcare certification (LPN, CNA, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- Strong assessment skills and ability to respond to emergencies
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- BLS or ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
