Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse operations ensuring efficient inventory flow and order fulfillment
- Coordinate logistics and distribution activities for Saturday/Sunday deliveries
- Supervise weekend staff including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement quality control protocols
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service standards
- Generate weekend performance reports for Monday leadership review
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years in operations, logistics, or warehouse management
- Proven ability to work independently and lead teams during off-peak hours
