Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics and operational activities across multiple departments
- Manage inventory and supply chain operations during off-peak hours
- Lead a team of 4-5 weekend associates with performance coaching and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Generate weekly performance reports and operational insights
- Act as primary liaison between weekend staff and weekday leadership
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations or logistics experience in a 24/7 environment
- Proven leadership skills with direct team management experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across shifts
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating weekdays off
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
