- Coordinate weekend logistics operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead cross-departmental communication between warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams
- Implement and optimize weekend operational procedures for maximum efficiency
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly operational reports for leadership
- Train and mentor weekend staff on safety protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure operational continuity

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Proven ability to work independently and lead teams in weekend environments

- Valid driver's license and willingness to operate company vehicles as needed
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and occasional holidays
