Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily operations and workflows during weekend shifts to ensure 100% efficiency.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and support tickets with a focus on high satisfaction ratings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the weekday team for restocking and logistics.
- Conduct daily safety checks and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members to maintain high operational standards.
- Generate and review operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or operations.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
