Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory audits and stock organization to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries, providing top-tier service to maintain our brand reputation.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in data entry and reporting tasks using internal management software.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and patience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
