Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend inbound/outbound logistics operations using WMS systems
- Supervise cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and implement corrective actions for discrepancies
- Generate daily performance reports and submit to operations manager
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless operational continuity
- Resolve logistics issues proactively using root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation for weekend activities and handovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
