Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch weekend field teams across Miami-Dade County
- Manage real-time logistics and route optimization for service deliveries
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues with professionalism
- Monitor performance metrics and submit weekly operational reports
- Train new weekend associates on service protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics, operations, or field coordination
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in route planning software (e.g., Route4Me, Google Maps)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience managing remote teams or field staff
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred for Miami market
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
