Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Operate as a team player during peak weekend rushes and promotional events
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and safety protocols
- Contribute to achieving weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with opening/closing procedures during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
