Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Manage daily operations including inventory control and facility maintenance
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on processes and protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Prepare detailed shift reports and operational summaries
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years customer service or retail experience
- Proven reliability with perfect weekend attendance history

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
