Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities during weekend shifts ensuring seamless operations
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation for weekend medical teams
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate electronic health records
- Respond to urgent inquiries and resolve patient concerns with empathy
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists during critical situations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination or clinical support experience
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday, 6am-6pm)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) preferred
- Proficient in EMR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid CPR certification
