Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring seamless workflow and compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate team activities, assignments, and performance tracking across 3 departments
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements during weekend hours
- Conduct quality control audits and maintain detailed shift documentation
- Train and mentor weekend staff on company procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure continuity of operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shift management or logistics coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays
- Preferred certification in supply chain or operations management
