Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all weekend shift operations to maintain service excellence
- Manage team schedules and ensure optimal staffing coverage for Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues with urgency and professionalism
- Implement and maintain quality control standards during weekend operations
- Train and mentor weekend staff on company protocols and best practices
- Prepare detailed shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure continuity of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shift management or operations coordination
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-energy weekend environments

- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
