- Implement and optimize operational procedures for peak weekend efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain service excellence standards
- Coordinate cross-departmental weekend handovers and reporting
- Monitor inventory, safety protocols, and facility maintenance
- Generate weekend performance analytics and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 3+ years experience in shift leadership or weekend operations
