Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 weekend staff members
- Implement and optimize operational procedures for peak weekend efficiency
- Coordinate with weekday teams for smooth transition and continuity
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage weekend inventory counts and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse or logistics management
- Proven experience leading teams in weekend or shift-based environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
