Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend shift operations across Memphis and Illinois service zones
- Supplement 8-person teams during peak weekend hours (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Implement quality control protocols for weekend deliverables
- Handle client communications and weekend service escalations
- Train weekend staff on operational procedures
- Prepare shift handover reports for weekday managers
- Optimize weekend resource allocation across service areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years shift management experience
- Available Saturdays & Sundays (flexible weekday schedule)
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for Illinois travel)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Experience in logistics or service coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
