Responsibilities
- Directly supervise overnight and weekend technical teams across 3 operational zones
- Implement real-time performance dashboards to maintain 98% service SLA compliance
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during off-peak hours
- Conduct shift handovers with precision using our proprietary CRM system
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through weekly shift audits
- Maintain inventory accuracy for critical equipment across 24-hour cycles
- Train and mentor new associates on advanced troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in 24/7 operational environments
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones
- Advanced certification in OSHA safety protocols
- Proficiency in Asana/Jira for workflow management
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills during high-pressure scenarios
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Experience with IoT device management preferred
