Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Manage inventory tracking and reconciliation using advanced logistics software
- Lead a team of 5-7 weekend staff, providing clear direction and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Train new weekend associates on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or operations management
- Strong proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Valid driver's license required
