Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily weekend operations to ensure seamless workflow and service delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 weekend associates, providing guidance and support
- Implement and maintain quality control standards across all weekend activities
- Address client inquiries and resolve operational issues with efficiency and professionalism
- Prepare and submit comprehensive weekend performance reports to management
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure continuity of operations and information sharing
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance weekend efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shift coordination or team leadership
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday availability
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
