Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and treatment schedules for weekend patient population
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document clinical observations
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per established protocols
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital or outpatient setting
- Current state licensure (RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant certification)
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
