Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Administer treatments and medications per protocols
- Respond to emergency situations calmly
- Mentor weekend shift staff when needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Florida nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong weekend availability flexibility
- Exceptional communication skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently
