Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license required
- 2+ years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (6 AM - 6 PM)
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for travel between facilities)
