Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care coordination during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records and maintain accurate documentation protocols
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists for urgent patient needs
- Coordinate weekend patient discharges and care transitions
- Provide health education to patients and families during weekend consultations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical experience with weekend shift availability
- Current Pennsylvania healthcare license/certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend coverage
- Proficiency in Epic or similar EHR systems
- Valid CPR certification
- Philadelphia residency preferred
