Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, and documentation for weekend clinic operations
- Assist with patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and basic clinical procedures
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision and confidentiality
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients, providers, and support staff
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries with accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized clinical environments and inventory management
- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or CNA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-volume settings
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards
