Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) with 12-hour rotations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following established protocols
- Support weekend patient admissions and discharge procedures
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to weekend staff and trainees as needed
Qualifications
- Current RN license or allied health certification (e.g., LVN, CNA, EMT)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care or outpatient setting
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team dynamics
- Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays on a fixed schedule
