Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 7am-7pm)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans for assigned patient populations
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety regulations
- Participate in weekend shift huddles and handovers
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Nursing/Healthcare field required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- Current MN state license/certification in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certification required (PALS preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Strong documentation skills and EMR proficiency
- Weekend availability flexibility and reliability
