Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend healthcare staff and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate patient care workflows during high-volume weekend shifts
- Implement quality improvement initiatives for weekend operations
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for weekend services
- Address patient inquiries and resolve escalated issues
- Prepare weekend shift reports and handover summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience
- Weekend shift management or supervisory background
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
