Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 weekend customer service representatives
- Oversee daily operations and ensure service level targets are met
- Handle escalated customer inquiries with professionalism
- Conduct weekend team meetings and performance reviews
- Implement process improvements for weekend workflows
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handoffs
- Monitor inventory and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer service experience with leadership role
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-volume environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
