Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations during assigned weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of logistics staff, ensuring all safety protocols and standard operating procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Resolve operational issues and customer inquiries efficiently with a focus on service recovery.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and training sessions for team members.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and maintain accurate digital records.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement process improvements for weekend workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
