Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, packing, and shipping
- Supervise 8-12 team members, assigning tasks and ensuring quality standards
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless workflow transition
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years in warehouse or logistics supervision
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS)
- Valid California driver's license
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
