Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily workflows, inventory management, and logistics procedures during the weekend shift.
- Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor output quality and implement corrective actions to minimize errors and optimize efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
- Customer Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for any weekend customer inquiries or service issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly shift reports, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail management.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, specifically including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and managing conflict effectively.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
