Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate picking and packing.
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and shipping preparation.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
