Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping, during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Manage and train a team of warehouse associates, providing clear instructions and constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the on-site management team to plan workflow, assign tasks, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules to ensure all machinery is in safe, working condition.
- Generate and review shift performance reports to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate pallet jacks, conveyors, and other material handling equipment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
