- Coordinate with vendors and manage weekend supply logistics
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to optimize service delivery
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hospitality/retail management with weekend shift experience
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-volume periods
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification required
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
