Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services across front desk, concierge, and event support functions
- Manage high-volume weekend check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special event operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate satisfaction through proactive solutions
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless weekend operations
- Maintain meticulous documentation of guest preferences and special requests
- Support weekend F&B and recreational facility operations as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hospitality or high-volume customer service experience
- Availability exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a service-first mindset
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, weekend-focused environments
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license for occasional errands
- Flexible availability during major Boston events (Marathon, holidays)
