Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in weekend shift or rotational scheduling roles
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure weekend environments
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/holidays as needed
- Experience in Fort Worth's service industry preferred
