Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient handovers
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
- Support weekend patient admissions and discharge processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field required
- 2+ years of clinical experience with weekend shift availability
- Current state nursing or medical assistant certification
