Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health documentation
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications per protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and care planning
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current Pennsylvania state licensure (RN/LPN/CMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in fast-paced environment
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during weekend shifts
