Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Lead cross-functional teams during Saturday/Sunday shifts

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in customer service or operations leadership
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficient in inventory management and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
