Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and order processing during weekend peak hours
- Coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Train and mentor part-time weekend associates
- Optimize workflow using digital inventory management systems
- Resolve operational challenges with minimal supervision
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Forklift certification a plus
