Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and accurately to maintain warehouse flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Sort and organize inventory to optimize stock placement and reduce retrieval time.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration.
