Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with on-call rotation
- Coordinate with weekday staff to ensure seamless continuity of services
- Monitor and maintain medical equipment/inventory systems
- Document patient records accurately using EMR systems
- Train and mentor new weekend shift team members
- Participate in quarterly weekend process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare or shift-based experience
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- EMR system proficiency (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- Valid California driver's license for occasional off-site visits
- Flexibility to cover holiday shifts as needed
