Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document changes in electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Assist patients with daily living activities during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordinated patient care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all documentation and communications
- Prepare shift reports for incoming healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from accredited provider
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and medication administration
- Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday night shift
