Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team coordination
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product expertise and personalized shopping experiences
- Execute sales strategies to meet/exceed weekend targets while maintaining brand standards
- Train and mentor weekend staff on product knowledge, safety protocols, and customer engagement
- Manage POS systems, cash handling, and daily reconciliation with 100% accuracy
- Implement visual merchandising updates to drive weekend foot traffic and conversion
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers and inventory planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail/hospitality experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven track record in sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Strong leadership abilities with team training/coaching experience
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including Saturdays/Sundays and occasional holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
