Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist in emergency response protocols and urgent care situations
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Participate in weekend community outreach programs
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare or customer service experience
- Valid Arizona state certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required
- Basic computer proficiency with electronic health record systems
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to complete training
