Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend shift operations ensuring efficiency and safety standards
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 weekend associates
- Implement process improvements to maximize weekend productivity
- Coordinate cross-functional weekend logistics and inventory management
- Resolve escalated customer and operational issues promptly
- Conduct shift handovers and detailed reporting
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proven weekend shift leadership background
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
